01 / 條款接受 Acceptance of Terms

歡迎使用 From Life To Lines。本網站所提供之 NFC 智慧硬體及相關數位分身服務。當您瀏覽本網站或進行購買，即表示您已閱讀、理解並同意受本服務條款之約束。 Welcome to From Life To Lines. By browsing our website or making a purchase, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms of Service governing our NFC hardware and digital profile services.

02 / 客製化商品聲明 Customized Products

我們的實體 NFC 卡片提供雷雕雷射姓名客製化服務。消費者所提供之姓名與配置資訊，將直接用於硬體生產。請確保輸入資訊正確無誤。經確認並進入生產程序之客製化卡片，恕無法變更或取消。 Our physical NFC cards are custom laser-engraved with your specified name. Once custom details are confirmed and enter production, changes or cancellations cannot be accommodated.

03 / 智慧財產權 Intellectual Property

本站之所有設計、排版、圖像、SVG 向量程式碼及商標，均屬 From Life To Lines 及其原創團隊所有。未經書面許可，禁止任何形式之複製、轉載或修改。 All layout architectures, SVG vectors, brands, designs, and content featured on this site are intellectual property of From Life To Lines and its original creators. Reproduction is strictly prohibited.

04 / 數位服務可用性 Digital Services

買卡後獲得之軟體服務（個人化數位主頁）將依「現狀」提供。我們致力確保伺服器的高可用性，但因不可抗力或例行維護導致之暫時中斷，本站不承擔直接或間接賠償責任。 Digital avatar profiles are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to maintain maximum server uptime, we are not liable for temporary disruptions due to maintenance or force majeure.

05 / 適用法律與管轄 Governing Law

本服務條款之解釋與適用，悉依中華民國法律為準據法。因本服務條款所生之爭議，雙方同意以台灣台北地方法院為第一審管轄法院。 These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Taiwan (R.O.C.). Any dispute arising herefrom shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taipei District Court.

06 / 數位名片資料異動服務規範（SLA） Digital Profile Amendment Policy (SLA)

為確保系統穩定與資安防護，各方案每年提供 2 次免費遠端數位資料異動，異動項目包含：更換大頭貼 / 品牌 LOGO、修改姓名職稱、更新社群媒體網址。 To ensure system stability and data security, each plan includes 2 free remote digital profile amendments per year, covering: profile photo / brand logo swap, name or title update, social link changes.

  • 超過每年 2 次免費次數後，每次異動酌收 NT$ 250 系統資料處理費，付款後方可受理。 Beyond the 2 free annual quota, each additional amendment incurs a NT$ 250 data processing fee, payable before the update is processed.
  • 資料異動申請需透過「FLTL 名片資料異動申請表」提交。審核確認後，3 個工作日內完成更新。 All amendment requests must be submitted via the "FLTL Data Amendment Form." Once verified, updates are completed within 3 business days.
  • 每年免費次數不累計至次年，亦不可轉讓。 Free annual amendments do not roll over to the following year and are non-transferable.

07 / 服務使用與啟動規範 Subscription Renewal & Service Suspension

本工作室之「基礎款」為單次買斷制服務，包含精品硬體卡片與終身基礎跳轉，無後續年費或隱藏訂閱費用。「進階款」與「高級款」首年費用已涵蓋硬體製卡工本費、代客建置與首年全功能服務；次年起系統維運續約價為 NT$ 990 / 年。若次年無續約需求，卡片將自動轉為基礎款展示，實體 NFC 觸碰與專屬網址永不失效。付款完成後系統將寄發確認通知至您指定之電子信箱。 Our Basic plan is a one-time purchase including a premium physical NFC card and lifetime dedicated URL redirect with no annual fee or hidden subscription charges. Advanced and Premium plans include hardware manufacturing, white-glove setup, and full feature access for Year 1; system maintenance renewal from Year 2 is NT$ 990 / year. If not renewed, the card automatically reverts to Basic plan — physical NFC tap and dedicated URL remain valid forever. A purchase confirmation notice will be sent to your designated email after payment.

  • 基礎款一次性買斷，卡片感應與專屬網址終身有效。進階款與高級款首年享全功能權限，次年維運續約價為 NT$ 990 / 年，可於後台彈性決定是否續約。 Basic plan is a one-time purchase with lifetime URL validity. Advanced and Premium plans include full features for Year 1; Year 2+ maintenance renewal is NT$ 990 / year, flexible to renew anytime.
  • 若次年選擇不續訂系統維運，名片自動轉為基礎款狀態（實體卡感應與個人網頁持續運作展示），已付費用不退還且零隱藏違約條款。 If maintenance renewal is paused in Year 2, the card automatically shifts to Basic plan status (physical NFC tap & profile page remain active). No hidden penalty fees apply.

08 / OCR 智慧辨識點數包購買與使用規範 OCR Smart Card Scanner Credit Pack Purchase & Usage Policy

OCR 智慧辨識點數包採「一次性買斷、終身有效」模式。包含 OCR 智慧名片掃描與個資自動建檔額度，一經購買，永久保存於帳戶中，無任何後續費用。 OCR Smart Card Scanner credit packs operate on a "one-time purchase, lifetime valid" basis. Includes OCR card scanning and auto contact creation credits, permanently stored in your account.

  • 100 點 OCR 智慧辨識點數包：NT$ 299（包含 100 次 OCR 智慧名片掃描與個資自動建檔額度，永久有效） 100 OCR Credits Pack: NT$ 299 (includes 100 OCR scans & auto contact creation, lifetime valid)
  • 500 點 OCR 智慧辨識點數包：NT$ 990（包含 500 次 OCR 智慧名片掃描與個資自動建檔額度，永久有效） 500 OCR Credits Pack: NT$ 990 (includes 500 OCR scans & auto contact creation, lifetime valid)
  • 2,000 點 OCR 智慧辨識點數包：NT$ 2,990（包含 2,000 次 OCR 智慧名片掃描與個資自動建檔額度，永久有效） 2,000 OCR Credits Pack: NT$ 2,990 (includes 2,000 OCR scans & auto contact creation, lifetime valid)
  • 點數不可轉讓，不可退款，不因帳號停用而失效（服務停用期間點數凍結，恢復後自動解凍）。 Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable. They do not expire upon account suspension — credits are frozen during suspension and automatically restored upon renewal.
