01 / 客製化商品鑑賞期排除 Custom Exclusion from Trial Period
依據「通訊交易解除權合理例外情事適用準則」第二條第一款，本站之 NFC 智慧卡片為「依消費者要求所為之客製化給付」（包含客製化姓名印刷、圖面或特定版面設計）。因此，一旦產品進入「UV 數位印刷」與「晶片資料寫入」程序，即不適用消保法第十九條之 7 天鑑賞期（猶豫期）規定，恕不接受因個人主觀喜好、微小色差等原因之退換貨。 Pursuant to the "Regulations on Reasonable Exceptions to Communication Transaction Termination Rights" Article 2, Paragraph 1, our NFC smart cards are categorized as "customized supplies made to consumer requirements" (including customized name printing, graphics, or layout designs). Consequently, once the product enters the "UV digital printing" and "chip data writing" processes, it is exempt from the standard 7-day cooling-off period under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act. Returns based on personal preferences, subjective taste, or minor color variations cannot be accepted.
02 / 硬體瑕疵與保固說明 Hardware Defects Warranty
我們承諾出廠之每一張卡片皆經過嚴密 NFC 感應測試。若您收到商品時，發現硬體本身有非人為造成之明顯物理損壞，或 NFC 晶片功能損壞導致無法感應，請於收到商品之日起 7 日內聯繫客服。經確認後，我們將無條件為您免費重新客製並寄送新卡。 Every card undergoes strict inspection. If you receive hardware containing physical damage or NFC chip malfunction not caused by human error, notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will custom-manufacture and dispatch a replacement free of charge.
03 / 退貨與物流流程 Return Procedure
若因符合硬體瑕疵退換貨標準需辦理退貨，請先與本站客服團隊取得聯繫。經確認瑕疵狀態後，我們將會指派合作物流至您指定之地址取回瑕疵商品。退回之商品必須保持全新包裝及配件完整。 To file a return for defect replacement, consult our customer support first. Once verified, we will arrange shipping to retrieve the item. Returned items must remain in original packaging conditions with all accessories intact.
04 / 退款處理時程 Refund Timeline
若有符合退款情況之爭議（如重複扣款或訂單取消且審核成功），款項將由客服人員協助直接辦理信用卡刷退（原卡退刷）。退款將退回至您原支付之信用卡帳戶，實際入帳時間依各發卡銀行作業時程而定（通常約需 3 至 7 個工作天）。 For approved refund cases (such as duplicate payments or order cancellations), refunds will be directly credited back to your original payment credit card (card refund). Transferred funds will return to your issuing bank account within 3 to 7 business days depending on bank processing timelines.
